Working at Everglades has offered a positive environment that facilitates learning, experience, growth, as well support from an amazing team. I love being able to help and connect with students, and learn from their journeys as well as from my own team's guidance. I love the work life balance that the position offers
Cons
There are very few downsides about Everglades University. I would say that there has been some friction with miscommunication at times, and some outdated training as well as procedural methods, but other than that my experience has been incredibly positive and even through the few rough points the position here offers rewarding outcomes that make those sparse lows worth it. The team here is also incredibly understanding so even when there are bumps in the road we are constantly working to improve and help each other out to limit those.
