      Great work atmosphere, People are so kind and respectful, No stress and everybody is helping each other. Work-life balance is great basically i love it.

      There's no cons i can say so far. Maybe only the work hours.

      Pros

      Good working environment. Staff is supportive and willing to help students and faculty alike.

      Cons

      Materials for teaching the material are not adequate in some of the courses; needs to be revised.

      Pros

      One of the reasons I'm interested in working at Everglades University is the opportunity to help students reach their educational and career goals. I also like that the university seems to have a supportive, team-oriented work environment with opportunities to grow professionally. The focus on student success and maintaining a good work-life balance makes it a place where I could see myself building a long-term career. I also have the most amazing boss!!
