Extremely high turnover rate. I’ve been here less than a year and 80% of the department quit within the small time I’ve been here.
The director likes to “micro-bully” meaning if she thinks you are not productive she will micromanage you to the point of you quitting.
Even IF you are a top performing employee, there is virtually no room for growth or raises unless you are one of the director’s goody-goodys. Saw ACs with the highest metrics get denied raises even when they were the top performers in the department.
Constant changes that are complete wastes of time and hindrances to productivity.
The new enrollment site is so bad that it won’t allow you to process applications, payments, and submit documents correctly causing you to do double the work because it was never beta tested and launched with zero quality control.
Too many pointless meetings.
