Cons? It is a matter of perspective. There are challenges. True leaders see challenges as opportunities for development, progress, and/or greatness. Yes, as humans, it is hard to stay risen, and, hence, discipline is paramount. Applying the law of congruence is necessary: We must train our minds to be positively persistent, irrespective of the challenges, because positive thinking/approach begets positive results, and when this becomes an unshakable habit, we will not have a defeatist attitude.
