      Pros

      Employee owned company, when individual centers are left to run things without micromanagement, the center has a tight camaraderie among staff and residents.

      Cons

      RVP is a micromanager and upsets the entire staff when she enters the center.

      Constantly moving all around all the parts of the building, and never having the same geoup

      Pros

      Easy, well payed, and full-time.

      Cons

      More people sitting in offices than on the floor. Consistently understaffed and reliant on clipboard staffing/lots of overtime. I had less then 10 days off from December 26th of 2025 to May 5th, no thank you, no we appreciate your hard work. Instead even more was expected.
