Pros

ED and DON are both very kind but are underwater struggling to keep residents and families happy due to staffing shortages in every department.

Cons

This particular facility has created numerous mid level “management “ positions that focus on telling the floor nurses “who are stretched thin often covering two halls” what they’ve missed or aren’t doing correctly. Facility struggles with staffing from nursing down to dietary.

Pros

Easy, well payed, and full-time.

Cons

More people sitting in offices than on the floor. Consistently understaffed and reliant on clipboard staffing/lots of overtime. I had less then 10 days off from December 26th of 2025 to May 5th, no thank you, no we appreciate your hard work. Instead even more was expected.
