      There are no pros to working for this company. They are full of broken promises and promises for improvements that never happened

      Cons

      Super cheap company. Always running out of supplies and necessary things to care for residents. Unwilling to create a happy work environment for their employees. Everyone is spread too thin

      Pros

      Easy, well payed, and full-time.

      Cons

      More people sitting in offices than on the floor. Consistently understaffed and reliant on clipboard staffing/lots of overtime. I had less then 10 days off from December 26th of 2025 to May 5th, no thank you, no we appreciate your hard work. Instead even more was expected.
