Pros

Therapists had alot of schedule flexibility, good benefits, and realistic productivity standards. Empres provided funding for full-time therapist's CEUs and provided tuition reimbursement.

Cons

The employee owned company contracted out their therapy departments without the input of their employees and therapists were given little notice of this transition. Therapists lost many benefits. Nurses are often overwhelmed, so communication with them regarding patient care or concerns can be challenging due to their time constraints.

Pros

Easy, well payed, and full-time.

Cons

More people sitting in offices than on the floor. Consistently understaffed and reliant on clipboard staffing/lots of overtime. I had less then 10 days off from December 26th of 2025 to May 5th, no thank you, no we appreciate your hard work. Instead even more was expected.
