Cons
CNAs are overworked to the point of breaking, and all the management did was laugh about it behind their backs. The hard workers end up burnt out and fired. Kitchen staff is overworked and treated like garbage. Not nearly enough people employed to make daily tasks do-able but management cuts their hours regardless. Management doesn't care about the underlings. If things go well it's the management's doing. If things fail, it's the staff's fault. When an employee complained to HR and the Administrator, they told the employee's direct supervisor. The supervisor then called the employee to yell at them. Highly illegal. Blatant HIPAA, health code, and moral violations. The residents never come first in the eyes of management and are rarely taken care of properly due to short staffing and overworked CNAs.
