      Pros

      The facility I worked at was a well running business that cared about the residents and employees for the 6 years I worked there until the Executive Director resigned.

      Cons

      When he left everything fell apart. The people the company have hired to replace him are a joke. They don’t have a clue on how to run a facility, or care about the residents or employees.

      Constantly moving all around all the parts of the building, and never having the same geoup

      Pros

      Easy, well payed, and full-time.

      Cons

      More people sitting in offices than on the floor. Consistently understaffed and reliant on clipboard staffing/lots of overtime. I had less then 10 days off from December 26th of 2025 to May 5th, no thank you, no we appreciate your hard work. Instead even more was expected.
