      None, they use their employees and then fire them to hire a younger and less experienced person paying them less money.

      Cons

      They are only about flipping a dollar and practice immoral and unethically. They expect their employees to turn a blind eye on all the illegal practices they do. If you question anything they will fire you.

      One of the best parts of working as an Activity Assistant is seeing the smiles on my residents' faces. It's absolutely heartwarming and brings me so much happiness knowing I can make a positive difference in their day. Moments like these remind me why I love what I do. ❤️

      Cons

      One of the hardest parts of working as an Activity Assistant is watching residents decline in health or lose their independence. It can be emotionally difficult to build close relationships and then experience loss. Some days are physically and mentally exhausting, but despite the challenges, being able to bring comfort, joy, and companionship to my residents makes it all worthwhile.
