Pros
Maybe it's because I received an unexpected bonus? Maybe it's because when I thanked my CEO she said "thank YOU for being of huge value to the company?" Maybe it's the developers strumming their guitars? Maybe it's the peels of laughter and f-bombs that fly through the open office space? Maybe it's the diversity? Maybe it's the kitchen fully stocked with veggies, fruit, chips, candy, beer and wine? Maybe it's the fuzeball table, dart board, and basketball hoop? Maybe it's the Bagel Mondays, VG donut Fridays and Fourth Friday happy hours? Maybe it's people willing to work thru the night and weekends without complaint in order to meet deadlines? Maybe it's the female, no BS, CEO? Maybe it's the balance ball office chairs, and standing workstations? Maybe it's the unlimited leave policy? Maybe it's half my co-workers in flip flops on any given day? Maybe it's that I work for a cutting edge software company that is fundamentally altering/improving the democratic process?
Cons
Keeping up with frequent changes can be challenging. New code, new people, new products.
