Evolution Auto is a great company to work for! There is always room for career advancement and the environment is very professional. It is a great team environment as well and I am very happy to have worked here for the last 5 years.

There is no cons about this company.

Sometimes the boss buys lunch. The other 323 days out of the year is a daily influx of nepotism.

Way underpaid, under appreciated, being yelled at like your five. They won't yell at you behind closed doors either. They do it in front of everyone. I saw so many people cry that worked there. Don't make friends because they won't be there long. There are rumors and jealousy. There is no clear direction for what your job is. You may be hired to work in HR, but the next day you end of detailing cars. They don't appreciate or utilize your assets. You kind of get hazed by older employees. Nobody wants to share how to help them for fear of being replaced. I must have seen over 50 people come and go. We had about 15 different HR mgrs while I was there. The company needs to hire a full time psychiatrist!
