Layoffs every 3 months. The CEO is handling the consistent layoffs horribly. Says things like we will lay off people in “two weeks” during an all team meeting which caused panic across the entire company. Our last all-team he said no more layoffs in the foreseeable future. Next even one quarter later and layoffs again. People are working in fear. The layoffs are political as well. If you’re a great leader watch out you will be laid off and your team will be switched to a leader that has gotten far by micromanaging. It’s creating a terrible culture we’re people fear being the next to get laid off.
