Pay is far too low for the amount of work that the field actually does. Infrastructure is not in place to handle the ordering of CG. Faxes aren't received and there is no way to know as a rep or the office when tests aren't ordered. The field is held accountable for a quota but when inside processing doesn't do their job or infrastructure is inadequate field is the one who suffers.
