Pros

Decent location. Other than that, not much. They will sell you on a team environment, lots of support. Unfortunately, not the case.

Cons

Be very leery of the turnover rate of their Account Executives. If you are looking to work with Execusource internally, ask about the turnover rate. They will give you reasons why people didn't "make it" there. (Confidential things that any HR department would have a fit over!!) There is no training whatsoever, and when you ask for help from your manager, they will tell you they will help you, but then cancel and you are on your own. Once you finally start getting orders, thy let you go before they have to pay you on them. Very shady company that is only concerned with the bottom line. Not concerned for actual employees or placements.

ExecuSource Response

This response is over two years old and was the catalyst for a great deal of internal change. We could have responded to this at the time without taking action but that isn't the type of organization that ExecuSource is. I can share that since this "negative" review we have a completely different interviewing, hiring, onboarding and training program that is in line with our values. Our "turn over" is much lower than the staffing industry average. However, we value transparency and open communication and although HR is an essential piece of any growing organization, internal culture is marked by accountability, honesty and transparency which may not always be comfortable.

Pros

The company offers a flexible work environment (depending on region and role), which can support a healthy work-life balance. Employees are provided with the tools and resources needed to succeed, and there's a strong emphasis on individual ownership and performance. The team culture is fun, collaborative, and supportive — people genuinely want to see each other succeed. After a few challenging years in the staffing industry, it's encouraging to see the business gaining momentum and showing real growth in 2025.

Cons

There has been some inconsistency in communication and implementation of in-office versus remote expectations across regions. Initially, there was a blend of contract and perm across functions, and sales and recruiting were structured differently, but that strategy appears to have shifted for new hires without clearly aligning or transitioning existing team members. While things are still functioning, there's a noticeable lack of formal structure and alignment that could help with overall clarity and cohesion.
