Pros
Awesome facility, all different functional groups are able to go and see what is currently being developed in the lab. This is a company that is doing true R&D and attempting to bring a new product to market, that’s extremely cool. A good bond with coworkers
Cons
Most of the management all the way to the very top, excluding a few PMs and some functional managers, are not qualified to be in leadership positions. This seems to be a poorly run company, Exoterra is also resistant to adopting a work norms that are standard for the industry, such as 9/80 schedules or any sort of hybrid or WFH set ups, except for a few members of management. 4% 401k match is weak compared to industry.
