Pros
Fast-paced environment with exposure to real aerospace hardware. Opportunities to take on responsibility early in your career. Small team culture makes it easy to collaborate and learn from others. Interesting projects that cover propulsion, testing, and structural work. Good place to build foundational engineering skills.
Cons
Workload can spike heavily during test campaigns. Priorities shift quickly, making planning difficult. Limited structure around long-term career development. Some growing pains typical of smaller aerospace companies.

Pros
Great team members and overtime is paid. Cool products to work on. Pay is on par with the industry.
Cons
Leadership in operations needs to be trained or reorganized for the group to be successful. It is a toxic work environment. The COO enables poor behavior from leadership. Examples include gossiping, gaslighting, unrealistic expectations, cliques, micromanagement, shouting matches in public, dismissive, and will run you into the ground without a care. All management cares about is how much overtime you put in to show dedication to the company and how much time they can get with the C suite. Benefits are lackluster. Would like to see 9x80 schedule, better company 401k match.
