Poor Work Environment - Operations ExoTerra Resource Employee Review

Leadership in operations needs to be trained or reorganized for the group to be successful. It is a toxic work environment. The COO enables poor behavior from leadership. Examples include gossiping, gaslighting, unrealistic expectations, cliques, micromanagement, shouting matches in public, dismissive, and will run you into the ground without a care. All management cares about is how much overtime you put in to show dedication to the company and how much time they can get with the C suite. Benefits are lackluster. Would like to see 9x80 schedule, better company 401k match.
