Pros
It gives freshers a wonderful opportunity to work for reputed MNC companies, I have been placed in IBM Ind Pvt Ltd through Experis it , it's been a year now , I feel it as a dream and lucky to work in IBM.!! Had good training at Manipal with 3 star accommodation for 45 days , end of which you will have IBM assessment ,on clearing the assessment you will be deployed any where in India .
Cons
Salary is quite less,starting you won't come to know , as months goes on you will feel , Yes!, it would be good if the salary is little more. But you can gain a good experience on technical knowledge.If some one asks you, you can proudly say that you work in IBM!!!
