Worst company to work - Systems Administrator Experis India Employee Review

Management is very worst, they dont even bother about the employees grievence. Salary is low They will torture you like anything if you are in notice period(3 months). Even if client is ready to releive you within 1 month also, experis management wont agree to releive you in 1 month HR people are really worse, They wont process you exit formalities on time which will hit back you to get the releiving letter and experience letter on time, which your newer organization will be looking for. i had a worst experience on it, they processed my exit formalities after 40 days.
