1. they hire you as full time but actually you will be C2H 2. No hike process, performance review 3.No Paid leaves for 1 year but even after 1 year until if exceed two leaves per month, they will cut fro ur salary. 4.HRs are very cunning, They say something one day and the next day they turn back on it. Has happened to me many times 5. They refused to reveal my feedback from my supervisor, saying it was confidential. Shocking even to me. 6, No variable pay nonesoevr 7. HRs dont act on any issue you raise. Please dont join this company.
