Colleagues and managers are helpful and understanding. The work atmosphere is good.
Cons
They have started with micro-management. No proper recognition for your performance which can be considered as remarkable. Incentives policy was better earlier. They do not stick to their commitments. They hardly give any good increment to their existing employees.
