Pros
The company seems genuinely invested in its resources with solid benefits and compensation. My managers have all been available and insightful. Direction, while not initially clear, is always a phone call or IM away.
Cons
Strategies seem to shift on a daily basis and from leader to leader. It would be one problem if it were constantly shifting to the "hot new thing" but it vacillates between existing strategies without proper investment to realize benefits.
