Pros
The starting pay is better than average The benefits are decent The location is convenient Most of the low level employees are nice and great to work with
Cons
Policies that set you up to fail Incompetent IT department, HR department, management, & supervisors (the less competent you are the further you will go) Outdated technology (some of the technology is so outdated it's not being taught in schools any more) It's not about what you know it's all about who you know Infinite compassion for the customers but none for the employees An adherence to the policies so rigid that they don't take life into consideration (ex. traffic, sick children, etc.) Poor communication with employees and between departments Inaccurate tracking system for productivity and accuracy Poor advancement opportunities Poor annual/merit raises Very patronizing environments Employees are penalized for everything, even for preforming their assigned job function No way to dispute inaccuracies in your error reports Very inflexible scheduling
