Pros
Very flexible schedule. Get your work done anytime from 8am to midnight. My manager was amazing. Great communication and training.
Cons
Lack of work. Ceo makes so much a year yet laid off and closed so many facilities. We were told since we worked from home our jobs were secure but then they closed our department. Very focused on numbers.
