- Horrible company culture. - They do not care about their employees - No work/life balance (although they promise there is) - Not family friendly at all (if you have a family don't even consider it) - Management is indecisive - Lack of any formal structure and process puts you constantly in fire-fight mode - People are not professional or friendly (don't smile, drop f-bombs in meetings, etc.)
