Pros
- WHEN they give out bonuses they tend to be pretty good - Nice facilities (which is good because you pretty much live there!) - State of the art pharmacy
Cons
- Lack of advancement opportunities - NO work/life balance - Obscene turnover rate - Very cliquish environment - They don't get rid of directors based on performance, they tend to just move them from one department to another...
