Pros
Great working environment within your team! Nice facility. Decent benefits. Umm... There's a cafeteria. Some really nice people. Free parking.
Cons
Lack of transparency between employees and upper management. Could be let go at anytime. Internal structure needs a lot of work. Lots of money wasted on needless things. Good ideas often fall on deaf ears. "Yes" men seem to succeed the most.
