Pros
Dynamic work environment with opportunities to take on new challenges. Mostly great coworkers and leaders (bad apples in any company). Supportive work environment with most leaders.
Cons
Long time employees can make less than new hires due to pay increase restrictions. Who you know makes a difference for advancement. Poor leaders manage up well and maintain leadership leading to loss of great employees. (Bosses should not cause employees to cry!)
