Pros
It’s a job that pays money and provides decent PTO
Cons
They gave one salary and position in the offer letter and then called both a typo once I took the job. Wanted me to sign a new offer letter with a lower salary and position or they were gonna fire me. They don’t treat their employees like people. No one in management knows anything and doesn’t know who would know anything. They don’t care about you at all, just the numbers they can show to their bosses. Everyone is pretty nasty and rude. Like, everyone. Don’t ask questions if you want an answer. Only ask questions if you want their original statement repeated with emphasis and no clarification. Lots of expectations of employees (metrics, etc.) but zero standards for themselves. Don’t send an email if you want a response. Send at least three emails if you want an answer for literally anything, including one where you resend your original email and another where you CC their boss. Don’t expect to advance unless you rely heavily on nepotism. Expect to know everything you’re doing wrong but not what you’re doing right. Their systems and processes are outdated. Expect to be trained based on what you did wrong and not initial training.
