Pros
Work@Home was the best perk, excellent pay, excellent paid time off and medical insurance benefits. Line supervisors pursued professional customer service attributes be demonstrated at all times. Customers were treated with respect and their concerns and issues were brought to an amicable resolution.
Cons
Work@Home perk was removed and found as something not in keeping with a productive work environment, first signs of a mediocre small town corporate mentality. Benefits and pay similar to a cheap WalMart store, with medical insurance that mimic Wal-Mart's plans. Representatives treated as if they were taking catalog orders by phone, instead of providing excellent feedback, pharmaceuticals are not items of clothing! Require much higher levels of attention to detail otherwise customers can be harmed physically.
