      Pros

      Cigna executive leadership and culture is amazing as a parent company. They seem to truly care about employees. The President of Express Scripts is an amazing human being abs leader as well.

      Cons

      Cigna’s great culture has not transferred to Express Scripts nor to their leadership team (I.e. Sr. Directors, VP’,etc.
