Pros
The co-workers are one of the greatest assets aside from a 401k that matched up to 6%. Great cafe and nice campus in northern NJ.
Cons
The yearly merit increases were between a dismal 1-2% per year. Their benefits have worsened (ironic given that they are a benefit management company).
