Under trained dealing with Medicare recipients and insurance we have no clue of what we are doing. Told to follow millions of pages of so called guides that never give guidance for complicated calls which are so stressful dealing with insurance claims we do not get paid like an insurance agent and we definitely are not trained enough. Not sure why Medicare allows this.
