Pros
Great management and people to work with and the benefits are awesome. Health insurance is crazy cheap for an individual anthem plan and they give you $1,000 to help meet your deductible.
Cons
Back to back calls. It's a call center. We call people way too much so a lot of people are rude. Calls get really repetitive. And when the volume is slow, the ramp up the automated calls and we'll call people for no reason at all. The system always freezes or kicks you out during an order.
