Pros
As Medco they were a great place to work. Really treated the employees well. Good wages as long as you were with Union. Quarterly bonuses once in a while. buffet style lunches brought in from Three Squares. Employee recognition held in cafeteria with flavored punch and snacks provided free. Christmas parties held at select casinos but employees had to buy tickets and pay for own drinks no matter what you drank.
Cons
All the parties and extras stopped once Medco became Express Scripts. Everything went down hill to rock bottom.
