Pros
No pros. Other than a check weekly that cleared. They treat their employees like garbage. Very unprofessional environment. Lazy supervisors that sat behind their desks reprimanding people for asking a question.
Cons
1. Unprofessional people 2. Throw others under the bus culture 3. "Worst place to work" it was voted in 2015 4. Slow computers 5. Working in BCR, questionable practices no integrity 6. Don't be fooled by positive reviews ESI is trying to save face due to being on the worst places to work list 7. Constant fear of layoffs
