Extremely flexible hours. Managers always support time off if needed or earned; they only care if you prioritize getting tasks done and staying up-to-date on clients' agreements/arrangements.
Cons
There were times that I would not have anything to do, but I learned to use the free time to develop skills and learn the "why" behind what we do for clients.
