Pros

Insurance Benefits offered were offered but expensive

Cons

Horrible...Disorganized/Chaotic/Poorly Managed Startup Employed here for almost 2 years, treated like a workhorse expected to do 10 jobs in one. TURNOVER IS HIGH. Unqualified employees and awful management who know little to nothing about healthcare operations...constant favoritism. Poor management and operations are extremely disorganized, favoritism to those who were first hires, as most higher ups or leads are friends of friends that worked at other organizations together. No training provided, but uses you to train overseas workers who are being brought on for cheap labor replacements. Dozens have left or been let go. Constantly changing procedures and policies every other week with no communication from management....Impossible to take hard earned time off as there is constantly a fire to put out and work is not covered in your absence....Expecting consistency from employees amongst constant chaos every day...when practices are unreliable and subpar programs used are constantly crashing, not working properly. DO NOT APPLY.

Pros

Supportive team culture with clear expectations and strong leadership. Excellent opportunities for professional growth as an SLP, including monthly CEUs and grand rounds. Despite being a remote role, there is a highly collaborative environment with a true sense of team connection. Flexible scheduling and accessible, responsive management make it easy to feel supported and successful in your role here!

Cons

Salary increases are capped, which may limit compensation growth even when performance expectations are met or exceeded.

Pros

There were things I believed to be pros at this company before I began. I was excited about all the great things I was being told specifically benefits including full paid maternity leave, flexibility in schedule and support in areas that I wasn't fully confident in, but inevitably none of these things came fruition.

Cons

- I was not fully compensated for my parental leave after confusing conversations and unclear policies -Direct supervisor had been changed with minimal warning and left me feeling unsupported in multiple situations with clients. My supervisor was young and clearly using scripts to respond to my concerns. -I was told from the start I would have flexibility in my schedule and then promptly this changed where I had to choose from premade schedules with all schedules including times after 5pm which was not what I agreed to from the start -I believed my indirect time would be quick and minimal and therefore not a big deal that the indirect pay was significantly lower than direct. Despite ai assistance that is a great help, I still felt I was not adequately being compensated for the indirect work I was completing -new productivity standards were beginning to be implemented
