Pros

If you read the recent 5 star reviews, they are very clearly written by those in leadership and management positions at the company. No regular employee would go into that much detail for positives, and then only list one negative, but rationalize the negative with a positive reason. Do not trust any 5 star reviews… especially when they all occurred within a month of each other.

Cons

Disgusting that you spend time writing fake reviews rather than making ACTUAL changes to keep your employees

Pros

Supportive team culture with clear expectations and strong leadership. Excellent opportunities for professional growth as an SLP, including monthly CEUs and grand rounds. Despite being a remote role, there is a highly collaborative environment with a true sense of team connection. Flexible scheduling and accessible, responsive management make it easy to feel supported and successful in your role here!

Cons

Salary increases are capped, which may limit compensation growth even when performance expectations are met or exceeded.

Pros

There were things I believed to be pros at this company before I began. I was excited about all the great things I was being told specifically benefits including full paid maternity leave, flexibility in schedule and support in areas that I wasn't fully confident in, but inevitably none of these things came fruition.

Cons

- I was not fully compensated for my parental leave after confusing conversations and unclear policies -Direct supervisor had been changed with minimal warning and left me feeling unsupported in multiple situations with clients. My supervisor was young and clearly using scripts to respond to my concerns. -I was told from the start I would have flexibility in my schedule and then promptly this changed where I had to choose from premade schedules with all schedules including times after 5pm which was not what I agreed to from the start -I believed my indirect time would be quick and minimal and therefore not a big deal that the indirect pay was significantly lower than direct. Despite ai assistance that is a great help, I still felt I was not adequately being compensated for the indirect work I was completing -new productivity standards were beginning to be implemented
