Pros
Training is great, being able to work on your own independently, they are very inclusive.
Cons
* Employee incentives have been eliminated despite increased expectations. * Pay has remained stagnant while workloads continue to grow. * Constantly expected to do more without additional compensation. * Responsible for customer service, sales, property maintenance, vendor coordination, administrative tasks, collections, and daily operations. * Required to handle customer escalations and complaints about rate increases that employees have no control over. * Customers' rates continue to increase while employee pay does not. * High stress due to increasing responsibilities and unrealistic expectations. * Frequent micromanagement instead of trust and support. * Favoritism can affect opportunities and the overall work environment. * Expected to work with or support other store managers who can be hostile or unprofessional. * Often expected to travel to other locations with extremely short notice—or no notice at all—making it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance. * Unrealistic performance expectations despite limited resources and staffing. * Lack of appreciation and recognition for experienced employees. * Declining employee morale and retention. * Front-line employees are expected to absorb customer frustration while receiving little support or reward.
