Pros

Life/work balance, decent pay, company stands by its values from executive leadership to entry-level positions. Customer service oriented.

Cons

Advancement opportunities are VERY limited, especially if you are over 40 years of age. They are now open on Sundays for four hours, so you either have your hours reduced to 36/week OR go in to work for four hours on your "day off". Hiring of external district management causes the teams to lose morale and slows production while the new DM goes through their learning curve.

Pros

The position is easy to do and the tasks are simple. The work relationships with the store managers and my dtls are excellent. My District Manager is always available to make sure I'm doing my job and gives amazing advice on how to advance in the company with kpi updates.

Cons

Deal with a lot of stress on the job. Have to work behind a person who may not have done the job they were supposed to do.
