Pros
Multitude of experience from varying different responsibilities in the field. The people are genuine and create a great place to work! Opportunity to gain exposure in all aspects of operations.
Cons
Compensation could be more competitive based on how much work load you have if you are in a market with high turnover. Advancement and career development are slow internally. Field is very diverse but that diversity is lost once you look at leadership and executives.
