Bugs, rodents, homeless, break-ins, weather, low pay with a cap on how much you can earn, limited opportunities, google review quotas. They will dangle the carrot for you but you will never actually get the carrot. The live-on-site properties are only given to people they favor- your actual performance doesn't matter. They will dangle it in front of you over and over again until you give up. And, they do not compensate you as a manager who does not get the live on-site. So basically, there's managers and then there's live on-site managers.
