Some sites are closed Sunday, Workday ends at 6pm, Some flexibility in terms of swapping your day off, end of month bonus determined by total rentals for the month
Cons
Bonus money is not split evenly, Site managers and District Team Leads receive the bulk of the bonus with Assistant Managers walking away with less than 25% of the bonus pooled money. My site was myself and the District Team Lead who was also the Site Manager. We made $400 in bonus, of which I received $40. No accountability for sites that aren't making their goals and development process can take well over 6 months regardless of how well you are doing.
