I've been with ESS for almost a year now, and I absolutely enjoy my job! I've worked at many of the ESS facilities in the SF Bay Area over the past year. The office and company expectation's are all standardized, this creates an easier work experience for everyone, including the customer. ESS stands by their core values, which is very refreshing. A lot of companies say one thing, but demonstrate another. Not Extra Space Storage! Cons
The only real "con" I have found is the list of benefits didn't include my choice of medical facilities. I found a great doctor, but I really wanted a certain facility since it's close to my house.
