Short staffed, scheduling requests not accommodated, insufficient pay, and employee health insurance program too expensive for employee to pay out each paycheck on such insufficient hourly wages. Your bonus structure needs re-working. Schedules given at last minute. Also, I have never, in my many years of employment, had to buy my own uniform shirts. I was given an insufficient allowance that essentially covered the cost of 2 shirts. I work full time, which means I need 5. I had to BUY 3 more uniform shirts out of my own pocket. I consider this unacceptable. Many offices have no break rooms, and 30 minute lunches are simply too short. If you have to go buy your food, by the time you get it, you are shoveling it in your mouth so fast you barely have time to clock in again. Each location should have regular janitorial help.
