Pros
When our company makes profit, they hand out bonuses to ALL employees. Get the important, major holidays off. Sundays are always an off day. Everyone that works here is a team player, helpful and nice. The pay is pretty good for what we do. Also, if your an live on site manager like me, you get a free apartment BUT you get a small pay cut. Every year you get a increase in pay. When the head of the division or your DM comes to visit your store, they send you and whoever is there your working with, a gift card.
Cons
Dealing with entitled, adult babies. You HAVE to deal with the worst of the worst when it comes to customers. Doing out door cleaning is kind of rough outside in 120 degree weather. Having to clean up nasty stuff is not so fun. Other than that, there is no cons to Extra Space.
