Pros
Amazing company. They truly care about their employees. The work to home life balance is by far the best of any company I’ve worked for. Management is willing to work with employees and help them with whatever they need.
Cons
They pay is low. They don’t do performance based raises. Just cost of living. There is no real benefit for working hard or going above and beyond. There also is no increase when the base pay increases for new employees. This means that a new employee could potentially be making more money than an excellent employee who had been there for a few years.
